The art of online lead capture and conversion is one of the most critical skills that an organization can master.

Driving web traffic is important, yes, but failing to understand how to monetize your web traffic can amount to significant missed revenue.

In early 2011, we laid the groundwork for an online lead conversion program for One South Realty. By the end of 2015, the program had created in excess of $1,000,000 in paid commissions.

By creating a series of content-based lead generation sites targeting different segments of the market, we were able to not only generate high organic rankings for many of our pages, but consistently generate registrations and inquiries. We were able to craft and implement (and re-engineer) a series of Drip Marketing protocols designed to establish value and rapport.

By combining SEO, Drip and CRM, along with continually adding to and updating the site, we have been able to grow the network’s performance and keep a high producing team of agents consistently busy with selling opportunities.
